Tasting Notes
Aroma: In my tastings, I find the nose of Elijah Craig Small Batch to be rich and inviting, with notes of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak. There are subtle hints of spice and dark fruit, such as raisins and dried cherries, adding depth.
Palate: The palate is smooth, with a nice balance of sweetness from the vanilla and caramel, and a touch of baking spice, including nutmeg and cinnamon. The oak flavor is present but not overpowering, adding complexity to the drink without overwhelming the other flavors.
