Produced using traditional methods—including roasting agave in conical stone ovens with mesquite wood, milling with a traditional tahona, natural fermentation, and distillation—this joven offers a balanced smoky profile with complex earthy and fruity notes. The spirit is smooth and versatile, often enjoyed neat or in cocktails.​
