Blue Moon Belgian White is a Belgian-style witbier created in 1995 at the SandLot Brewery in Denver by brewer Keith Villa; brewed with wheat, oats, Valencia orange peel, and coriander, it helped popularize citrus-garnished wheat beer and remains widely available year-round with low bitterness.
