Tasting notes

• Nose: Sweet saline smoke with coastal notes, menthol, smoked fish and crispy bacon, tarry rope, graphite, and citrus hints.

• Palate: Big ashy peat and woodsmoke with peppery spice, medicinal tones, kippery maritime character, and creamy malt sweetness for balance.

• Finish: Long, briny and smoky with lemon zest, honeyed malt and lingering oaky smoke.
