• Nose: Red apples and honey with raisins, vanilla, caramel and milk chocolate, plus touches of plum, figs, and lemon zest.

• Palate: Sweet blackberries and honey layered with raisins, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg, with biscuity malt and sherried chocolate tones.

• Finish: Medium to somewhat short, with lingering vanilla, honey, nutmeg, and gentle oak-spiced dried fruit.
