Aberfeldy 21 Year Old is matured for over 21 years in a combination of first-fill Oloroso Sherry, first-fill Bourbon, refill, and re-char oak casks. The whisky’s water comes from the Pitilie Burn, rich in alluvial gold deposits, contributing to its “Golden Dram” character and rich golden hue.
