Product Story & Guide
Single-estate red wine from 90–100% Shiraz, occasionally with up to 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and a trace of Viognier. Manually harvested at night. Matured 10–12 months in heavily toasted American oak barrels. 13.5–14.0% ABV, 3 g/L residual sugar. Bottled with Stelvin screwcap. Vegan-friendly.
