Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wine composed of up to 80% Chenin Blanc with 20% Riesling and Viognier (seasonal variations may include Sauvignon Blanc). Secondary fermentation in bottle, aged sur lies, unoaked. 12–12.5% ABV, 11 g/L residual sugar. Bottled in 750ml with agglomerated cork and wire cage.
