Grover La Réserve Royale Brut

A sparkling white wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc. Crafted using the Traditional Method (Méthode Traditionnelle). Base wine undergoes partial fermentation in French oak barrels before secondary bottle fermentation. Aged on lees for minimum 30 months prior to disgorgement. Bottled at 12.5% ABV, available in 750 ml size.
