Grover Auriga Celestial Brut

A premium sparkling wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc (with minor Viognier accents depending on vintage). Crafted using the Traditional Method (Méthode Traditionnelle) with secondary fermentation in bottle. Aged on lees for 9 months prior to disgorgement. Contains edible 24-karat gold flakes. Bottled at 12% to 12.5% ABV.
