100% Tempranillo. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at approximately 25°C with approximately 12 days of skin maceration. Matured for 4 months in American oak casks. 13.5% ABV (may vary to 13% by vintage). Residual sugar 2.0–2.5 g/L. Contains sulfites. 750ml bottle. Bright cherry red color with purple-magenta reflections.
