Chilean Chardonnay white wine from Central Valley. Carefully pressed and cold-fermented (10°C–12°C) in stainless steel tanks; a small percentage fermented in French oak for added complexity. Bottled at 13.5% ABV in 750ml (some regional batches at 12.5%).
