Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is a Tennessee Sour Mash whiskey produced from a mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye, using Cave Spring Hollow iron-free spring water, fermented via sour mash process with backset, distilled and then charcoal mellowed through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal (Lincoln County Process), matured in new charred American white oak barrels with no age statement, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in 750ml and 1000ml formats, presenting deep translucent amber copper color.
