Akashi Pure Malt Whisky (Toji's Select)

Japanese pure malt whisky (blend of 100% single malts, no grain spirit). Primary aging in ex-bourbon hogsheads, finished in sherry casks. Non-chill filtered. Bottled at 46% ABV in 700ml and 500ml. Formulated under traditional Toji (Sake master) guidance.
