Monkey 47 is a Schwarzwald dry gin produced from 100% highly rectified molasses-based neutral alcohol and extremely soft mineral-deficient Black Forest spring water, distilled in traditional copper pot stills with vapor-infusion basket, macerated with 47 botanicals including local lingonberries, juniper, spruce shoots, bramble leaves, wild wood sorrel, kaffir lime leaves, lemon peel, orange peel, jasmine, lavender, hibiscus, angelica root, coriander, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, pimento, star anise, ginger, and wild sage, rested in traditional earthenware containers for 3 months, bottled unfiltered at 47% ABV in 500ml and 1000ml formats, presenting crystal clear color with 0g fat, 0g carbohydrates, 0g protein, 260 kcal per 100ml.
