Akashi Red Label Blended Whisky

Japanese blended whisky composed of approx 30% malted barley and 70% grain whisky. Aged in American white oak shochu casks (2 years), ex-bourbon casks, and finished in ex-sherry casks (1 year). Distilled in smaller pot stills to reduce fusel oils. Bottled at 40% ABV in 500ml and 200ml.
