Sula Chenin Blanc is India's first-ever white wine, pioneered by Sula Vineyards in 2000 and remains the country's highest-selling white wine. It is crafted from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes, hand-harvested from high-altitude Nashik vineyards with clay-loam soils, and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with no oak aging. It is bottled at 11.5% to 12% ABV in an off-dry style. The flavour profile features pineapple, green apple, white peach, wild honey, ripe tropical fruits, juicy citrus, honey, and lime zest.
