Sula Brut Tropicale is a sparkling rosé from Sula Vineyards, India's first and only sparkling wine to win a Gold medal at the International Wine Challenge. It is crafted from 70% Chenin Blanc with a 30% blend of Riesling, Syrah, and Viognier, with brief skin contact from Syrah for its pink hue. It is aged on fine lees for a minimum of 2 months. It is bottled at 12% to 12.5% ABV with approximately 20 g/L residual sugar. The flavour profile features peach, apricot, passion fruit, rose petals, strawberry, apple, yellow plum, guava, and smooth peach.
