Grover La Réserve is a red wine from Grover Zampa Vineyards, India's first domestic reserve wine, launched in 1998 under French oenologist Michel Rolland. It is crafted from 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Shiraz, sourced from high-altitude Nandi Hills at 920 metres with gravelly clay soils. It is aged in fine-grain French oak barriques for a minimum of 6 months. It is bottled at 13% to 13.5% ABV. The flavour profile features blackcurrant, dark plum, blackberry, ground spices, dark chocolate, roasted coffee, vanilla, and smoky oak.
