Fratelli Classic Shiraz

Fratelli Classic Shiraz is a red wine from Fratelli Wines, crafted primarily from Shiraz blended with Cabernet Franc, sourced from Akluj vineyards with alkaline sandy soil. Grapes are 100% hand-harvested and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 20°C–25°C for 10 to 15 days, then aged entirely in stainless steel with no oak contact. It is bottled at 13% to 14% ABV. The flavour profile features ripe plums, wild blackberries, cracked black pepper, earthy notes, floral undertones, black cherry, dark plum, leather, and earthy spice.
