BACARDI Carta Blanca Superior White Rum

BACARDÍ Carta Blanca is the foundational white rum from Bacardi, created in 1862. It is crafted from sustainably sourced molasses using the proprietary La Levadura BACARDÍ yeast strain. The rum is aged separately for 12 to 24 months in lightly toasted American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then filtered through charcoal to remove colour. It is bottled at 42.8% ABV (India) and available in 750ml, 1-litre, and other sizes. The flavour profile features almonds, vanilla, citrus peel, green apple, orange blossom, lavender, rose, apricot, lime zest, banana, and coconut.
