Perry Road Peru is India's first single-batch distilled gin cocktail from Third Eye Distillery, created in collaboration with The Bombay Canteen. It is inspired by Mumbai street vendors selling fresh pink guavas with salt and chilli powder. Ripe pink guavas are macerated for 6 hours and distilled for 18 hours, then blended with Stranger & Sons' 9 core botanicals. The final bottled cocktail is at 30% ABV. Each 750ml bottle includes a custom chilli-salt spice mix for rimming. The flavour profile features ripe pink guava, coriander, floral notes, juniper, pomelo, local lime, cracked black pepper, and earthy botanicals.
