Woodburns Contemporary Indian Whisky is a blended malt whisky from Fullarton Distilleries, crafted from 100% Indian malted barley combining peated and unpeated expressions. It is aged exclusively in handcrafted heavily charred American oak barrels. The tropical Goan climate accelerates maturation. It is bottled at 42.8% ABV. The flavour profile features woodsmoke, peat, sesame oil, oak resin, dark chocolate, dried green herbs, fresh-cut grass, honeyed barley malt, caramel, butterscotch, oak tannins, cold woodsmoke, oak spice, toasted barley, and nutty texture. It won a Grand Gold and Revelation Blended Whisky trophy at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
