Zenato Soave Classico DOC

Zenato Soave Classico is a white wine from the Soave Classico DOC, produced by Azienda Vitivinicola Zenato from 70% Garganega and 30% Chardonnay sourced from the Colombara estate vineyard on volcanic soils with limestone outcrops. Hand-harvested grapes undergo gentle pneumatic pressing with brief skin contact, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. The wine is aged unoaked in stainless steel tanks. Bottled at 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle with approximately 4.8-6 g/L residual sugar. The profile is elegant and refreshing with white flower and citrus notes.
