Zenato Bardolino DOC

Zenato Bardolino is a red wine from the Bardolino DOC, produced by Azienda Vitivinicola Zenato from 65% Corvina, 25% Rondinella, and 10% Molinara sourced from moraine foothills at 100-150 meters elevation on limestone, clay, and rocky soils. Destemmed grapes undergo alcoholic fermentation for 10 days in stainless steel tanks at 26°C. The wine is aged unoaked in stainless steel. Bottled at 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle with 4.7 g/L residual sugar and 5.4 g/L total acidity. The profile is light and perfumed with cherry and violet notes.
