Zeni Valpolicella Classico DOC

Zeni Valpolicella Classico is a red wine from the Valpolicella Classico DOC, produced by Cantina Fratelli Zeni from a native blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara sourced from red and brown soils on limestone-marly sediments and volcanic basalts. Hand-harvested grapes undergo traditional skin-contact fermentation with brief maceration of 5-7 days. The wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel vats without oak. Bottled at 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is vibrant and fruit-forward with wild berry and cherry notes.
