Zeni "Mr. Lake" Bardolino Classico DOC

Zeni Mr. Lake Bardolino Classico is a red wine from the Bardolino Classico DOC, produced by Cantina Fratelli Zeni from a blend of Corvina and Rondinella with occasional Molinara sourced from morainic hillside vineyards on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Hand-harvested grapes undergo short skin-contact fermentation of 4-6 days. The wine is aged exclusively in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats without oak. Bottled at 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The wine carries a sustainable farming certification denoted by a bee symbol on the label. The profile is light-bodied and fruit-driven with cherry and pomegranate notes.
