100% Cabernet Sauvignon from 17-year-old vines on vertical trellis systems. Hand-harvested in mid-April, with 5-day cold pre-fermentation maceration below 7°C in stainless steel tanks. Aged 6 months with 50% in American oak barrels. Features 13.5% ABV, 4.1 g/l total acidity, 5.8 g/l residual sugar, and contains sulfites.
