Sitara Indian Craft Rum – Botanical Spiced Rum

Sitara Indian Craft Rum is a small-batch Indian spiced rum produced by Spaceman Spirits Lab from 100% sugarcane sourced from the Deccan Plateau, blending column and pot-distilled rums. Tropical botanicals are macerated in white rum and re-distilled, then infused with seven handpicked Indian ingredients including Nagpur oranges, Alphonso mangoes, Kashmiri apricots, cinnamon, ginger, hibiscus, and roasted coffee/cacao beans. Double-aged in virgin American oak barrels. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is smooth and rich with vanilla, mango, and spice notes.
