Sitara Indian Craft Rum – Barrel Aged White Rum

Sitara Indian Craft Rum – Barrel Aged White Rum is a small-batch Indian white rum produced by Spaceman Spirits Lab from 100% sugarcane, molasses, and jaggery sourced from the Deccan Plateau, blending column and pot-distilled rums. Aged in virgin American oak barrels then charcoal-filtered to remove color while preserving barrel flavors. Bottled at 42.8% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is smooth and buttery with sugarcane, vanilla, and coconut notes.
