Sensi Collezione Pinot Noir Terre Siciliane IGT

Sensi Collezione Pinot Noir is a red wine from the Veneto IGT appellation, produced by Sensi Vini from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from cool hillside microclimates in northeastern Italy. Grapes undergo soft crushing, followed by controlled 8-10 day skin-contact fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is aged mostly in stainless steel tanks with brief refining before bottling. Bottled at 13% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is light-to-medium-bodied and perfumed with red cherry and raspberry notes.
