Sensi Collezione Pinot Grigio Rosé Delle Venezie DOC

Sensi Collezione Pinot Grigio Rosé is a rosé wine from the Delle Venezie DOC, produced by Sensi Vini from 100% Pinot Grigio sourced across Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and Trentino. Soft pressing is followed by brief cold skin-contact maceration of 8-12 hours to extract coppery pink hues. Fermentation occurs at 14-18°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. The wine is aged on fine lees in stainless steel with gentle bâtonnage. Bottled at 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is crisp and delicate with wild strawberry and white peach notes.
