Sensi Collezione Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie DOC

Sensi Collezione Pinot Grigio is a white wine from the Delle Venezie DOC, produced by Sensi Vini from 100% Pinot Grigio sourced from select parcels across Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and Trentino at 100-200 meters elevation on alluvial gravel, silt, and sand soils. Grapes undergo soft pneumatic crushing, followed by low-temperature fermentation at 14-18°C using selected aromatic yeasts. The wine is aged unoaked in stainless steel vats with periodic bâtonnage on fine lees. Bottled at 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is crisp and aromatic with pear, apple, and floral notes.
