Sensi Collezione Nero d'Avola Sicilia DOC

Sensi Collezione Nero d'Avola is a red wine from the Sicilia DOC, produced by Sensi Vini from 100% Nero d'Avola sourced from medium-textured stone-rich soils at 100-150 meters elevation in Trapani. Alcoholic fermentation occurs over 10-12 days at 20-24°C, followed by 15 days maceration at 27-28°C in steel tanks using pumping over and delestage. Complete malolactic fermentation is followed by racking and sulphiting. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks with micro-oxygenation. Bottled at 14% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is complex and spicy with violet, cherry, and licorice notes.
