Sensi Collezione Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC

Sensi Collezione Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is a red wine from the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC, produced by Sensi Vini from 100% Montepulciano sourced from gravel-limestone soils at 50-150 meters elevation across Abruzzo. After soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation occurs via submerged cap maceration at controlled temperature in steel tanks. The wine is aged for approximately five months in stainless steel tanks. Bottled at 13% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is medium-bodied and well-structured with violet and liquorice notes.
