Sensi Collezione Cabernet Terre Siciliane IGT

Sensi Collezione Cabernet is a red wine from the Terre Siciliane IGT appellation, produced by Sensi Vini from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Sicily on calcareous limestone and sandstone soils. Hand-selected grapes are softly crushed, followed by controlled-temperature fermentation with careful skin maceration. The wine is primarily aged in stainless steel, with a portion matured in oak barrels to round out tannins. Bottled at 13.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is medium-to-full-bodied with blackcurrant, blackberry, and bell pepper notes.
