Sensi 18K Prosecco Rosé DOC

Sensi 18K Prosecco Rosé is a sparkling rosé wine from the Prosecco DOC, produced by Sensi Vini from 85% Glera and 10-15% Pinot Noir sourced from alluvial clay-loam and marly-limestone soils at 50-150 meters elevation. Hand-selected grapes undergo controlled-temperature fermentation with selected aromatic yeasts. The custom blend is refined on fine lees before secondary fermentation via the Charmat method in pressurized autoclaves. Bottled at 11% ABV in a 750ml bottle with 10 g/L residual sugar. The profile is fresh and delicate with white flower and red berry notes.
