Sensi 18K Prosecco Brut DOC

Sensi 18K Prosecco Brut is a sparkling wine from the Prosecco DOC appellation, produced by Sensi Vini from 100% Glera sourced from gravelly alluvial soils enriched with sand, silt, and carbonates along the Piave River. Grapes are harvested in mid-September, followed by gentle pneumatic pressing and cold maceration. Fermentation occurs at low temperature using selected aromatic yeasts. Secondary fermentation uses the Charmat/Martinotti method in temperature-controlled stainless steel autoclaves. Bottled at 11% ABV in a 750ml bottle with 10 g/L residual sugar. The profile is fresh and vibrant with orchard fruit and floral notes.
