Senorita Sauvignon Blanc

Senorita Sauvignon Blanc is a Chilean white wine produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from estate vineyards in Villa Alegre, Maule Valley, with select parcels from Casablanca Valley. The wine undergoes soft-pressing and static clarification, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats without oak. Bottled at 12.5-13% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is light-to-medium-bodied and crisp with grapefruit, lime, and passion fruit notes.
