Senorita Malbec Reserva

Senorita Malbec Reserva is a Chilean red wine produced from Malbec, frequently structured as a Malbec and Carmenere blend, sourced from the Central Valley with grapes handpicked in mid-April. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures of 26-28°C for 7-10 days. Bottled at 13-14% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is full-bodied and well-structured with blackberry, plum, and vanilla notes.
