Robertson Winery Cabernet Sauvignon is a South African red wine from Robertson Valley, crafted by winemaker Thys Loubser from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is matured on French Oak for 4 months. It is bottled between 12.4% and 13.5% ABV with 5.64 to 6.10 g/L acidity, 3.54 to 3.65 pH, and 6.29 to 8.88 g/L residual sugar, available in 750ml size. The flavour profile features dark blackberry, cassis, blackcurrant leaves, herbaceous notes, forest floor, rich mulberry, sweet plum, and blackcurrant.
