Rasa Cabernet Sauvignon

Sula Rasa Cabernet Sauvignon is an Indian red wine produced by Sula Vineyards from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from low-yielding, hand-harvested estate blocks in the Dindori region of the Nashik Valley. The wine is aged for 14-16 months in French oak barrels, followed by extended bottle aging. Produced using sustainable practices including drip irrigation, solar-powered facilities, and 90% rainwater harvesting. Bottled at 14% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is full-bodied and luxurious with blackberry, cassis, and dark chocolate notes.
