PICCINI PROSECCO DOC SPARKLING WINE

Piccini Prosecco is a sparkling wine from the Prosecco DOC appellation, produced by Piccini 1882 from 100% Glera sourced from the Treviso province. Grapes undergo soft pressing, followed by primary temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel using selected aromatic yeasts. Secondary fermentation occurs via the Charmat method in pressurized steel autoclaves. Bottled at 11% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The style is Extra Dry with a light-bodied and crisp profile featuring wisteria, acacia, and golden apple notes.
