Piccini Chardonnay Vino Bianco

Piccini Chardonnay is a white wine from the Toscana IGT appellation, produced by Piccini 1882 from 100% Chardonnay sourced from Tuscan hillside vineyards. Hand-picked grapes undergo gentle pneumatic pressing, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation at 16-18°C in stainless steel vats. The wine is primarily aged in stainless steel tanks with a minimal fraction refined on fine lees. Bottled at 12.5-13% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is clean and light-to-medium-bodied with peach, green apple, and tropical fruit notes.
