Fermentation occurs at 25-27°C with 13-15 days maceration. The wine is aged for 18 months in French and American oak barrels (225L, 30% new). Bottled at 14% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is full-bodied and rich with black cherry, blueberry, and cocoa notes.
