M. Chapoutier Les Meysonniers Crozes Hermitage AOC

M. Chapoutier Les Meysonniers is a red wine from the Crozes-Hermitage AOC, produced by Maison M. Chapoutier from 100% Syrah sourced from certified organic vines averaging at least 25 years old on south-facing alluvial clay and gravel soils. Grapes are 100% destemmed, followed by traditional vinification with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled concrete vats with 3-4 weeks of maceration. The wine is aged for 12 months, with 90% in concrete tanks and 10% in French oak barrels. Bottled at 12.5-14% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is elegant with red fruits, violet, and pepper notes.
