Golden Sparrow Sangiovese is a red wine from the Rubicone IGT appellation, produced by Terre Cevico from 100% Sangiovese sourced from designated vineyards in Emilia-Romagna. Traditional temperature-controlled red wine vinification with careful skin maceration emphasizes primary fruit characteristics. The wine is vinified and matured entirely in stainless steel tanks. Bottled at 12-12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is medium-bodied and smooth with red berry, violet, and cherry notes.
