Golden Sparrow Cellar Collection Chianti

Golden Sparrow Cellar Collection Chianti is a red wine from the Chianti DOCG appellation, produced by Terre Cevico from primarily Sangiovese blended with Canaiolo and Colorino sourced from hillside vineyards in Tuscany. Clusters are softly pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks under temperature-controlled settings with skin maceration. The wine is refined in stainless steel vats. Bottled at 12.5-13% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is medium-bodied and soft with red cherry, raspberry, and herb notes.
