Product Story & Guide
Gaja Brunello di Montalcino is a red wine from the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG appellation, produced by Pieve Santa Restituta from 100% Sangiovese sourced from southwest Montalcino at 320-350 meters elevation on calcareous clay, loam, and galestro soils. Grapes from each parcel undergo separate fermentation and skin maceration for approximately three weeks in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 24 months in oak casks, followed by 6 months in concrete vats before bottling. Bottled at 14-14.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is full-bodied and structured with sour cherry, wild strawberry, and tobacco notes.
The latest price of Gaja Brunello Di Montalcino in Kolkata is approximately ₹22700. Please note that actual retail prices may vary slightly across licensed vends and government outlets depending on local state excise taxes.
