Frizzano Italian Collection Senza is an Indian sparkling wine produced by Good Drop Wine Cellars in Nashik, crafted as India's first sugar-free wine using the Charmat method for secondary fermentation. The wine incorporates a natural sugar substitute to achieve a semi-dry profile without actual sugar content. Bottled at 11-12% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The profile is refreshing and light-bodied with green apple, stone fruit, and floral notes.
